Housing Development Project Manager

Worksite Location:  The Dalles, OR

Work Schedule: Full time at 36 hours per week with flexible work schedule

Pay: Depends on Experience, Grade 15 Starts at $5,550.13 per month plus 3% additional pay for bi-lingual incumbents

Reports to: Executive Director

Who are we are looking for?

What you will do…

  • Work independently and assume responsibility for a wide variety of tasks related to the development of affordable housing projects

  • Enhance and maintain thorough knowledge of typical documents associated with real estate development project phases and funding applications to understand the context of the documents and key partners, anticipate next steps and coordinate team progress toward efficient completion

  • Build, foster and maintain professional collaborations local governments and other housing and social service agencies throughout our service area

  • Organize and maintain team files for easy online access and navigation

  • Spearhead the development and execution of submitting funding applications and crafting proposals to secure essential financial resources for project initiatives

  • Research, compile, and analyze data and information for third party development reports such as market studies, environmental studies, appraisals, and applications for energy efficiency resources

  • Assist with any ongoing capital needs projections, cash flow analysis, or other relevant projects

  • Other duties as assigned by Executive Director and development team

Education and Experience you need…

  • Five years of work experience in related field; or

  • A combination of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Management and two years of related work experience; or

  • Any form of higher education in Real Estate Development and two years of related work experience
